The Yanagiya Choir Academy ("this site") treats the personal information of its visitors with care. Our policy is set out below.

- Enquiries by email: your email address, your name, and the content of your enquiry

- To send reports and news by newsletter
- To answer enquiries and correspond with you
- To understand delivery statistics (opens, clicks) and improve what we send
We do not use personal information for any purpose other than those above.
4. Third-party services
The newsletter is delivered using MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland). Addresses you give us are stored on their servers, which may be outside Japan, and are handled only for the purpose of delivering the letter.
This site is published through Cloudflare, and ordinary server logs may be recorded on their infrastructure when you visit. We do not use these to identify individuals.
At present we use no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Should we introduce any, we will revise this policy and say so.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving the newsletter, please write to the address below. You can also unsubscribe at any time from the link at the foot of every issue.
7. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as necessary. Where a change is significant, we will say so on this site.
